Supersaver, Early Bird, and Regular conference registration fees include all conference sessions and meals, including two continental breakfasts, two lunches and two receptions and several coffee breaks. HST will be added to all registration packages.




Registration is available for the following options:

Please note by registering for symposium/workshop, delegates will have access to all pre-conference sessions. That includes continental breakfast and a working lunch and coffee breaks.

* This rate applies only to non-profit organizations with annual budget less than $500,000.

How to Register

Register online using your VISA or MASTERCARD, or receive an invoice by choosing "Mail in Cheque". Receipts/invoices will be issued by the system via email so please be sure to enter your correct email address on the registration form. Please also print and keep your email receipt.

Please note that payments will appear on your credit card bill as coming from "HPB DBA CSPC 2015". NOTE: “DBA” is an abbreviation for “doing business as”.

PAYING BY CHEQUE: Via the on-line registration system, select the "Mail in Cheque" payment method. –

Invoices are payable upon receipt and must be made by at least two weeks prior to the conference.

CANCELLATION

Delegates cancelling prior to November 11, 2015 receive a full refund less a $75.00 administration fee. Written notification by email or postmarked by November 11, 2015 will be accepted. Delegates cancelling after this date forfeit 100% of the registration fee, although substitutions can be made at any time. Refunds will be forwarded after the Conference. You may substitute delegates at any time before the conference begins, however you are not permitted to split one registration between two or more individuals.
